PureGame Plus

We're thrilled to pilot an exciting addition to the PureGame family –PureGame Plus our innovative league-style competitive program. 40 lucky students from Myford Elementary in Tustin Unified School District will be the first of many students in Orange County to participate in PureGame Plus. We believe that supporting students outside of the classroom helps them succeed inside the classroom and at home. This initiative will support improved academic outcomes, whole-child engagement, and family development.

We aim to offer professional-level coaching within the familiar school environment. PureGame Plus prioritizes friendship, life skills, and soccer techniques, all while making it accessible! Our focus is on individual growth, blending technical soccer sessions with games aligned to PureGame's social and emotional learning curriculum and character development. Our focus is creating an inclusive and elevated experience for all participants with the ambition of enabling more kids to play soccer. We believe that by offering local communities a more structured introductory soccer program with connections to development, we'll pave the way for more access to the sport, which will help remove barriers to participating in the game we love.

Although different from our standard recess, lunch time and after school programs, we believe this will be the next step for kids who would like to see their game reach the next level. For more information please reach out to Pamela Lares, pamela@thepuregame.org
